House clearances are one of our specialties. W can handle almost any house, rubbish removal london, loft or garden clearances for you.

When we collect any reusable/not damaged goods (especially furniture) we always offer them to our local charity shops. Everything else goes to one of London's Registered Recycling Centers. We believe in helping the environment by reducing unnecessary waste.

Hazardous waste & other charges

Congestion charge £8 if your address is within the zone

Due to recent regulations we are forced to pay extra for disposal of certain items. Unfortunately we have to pass these charges on. The most common items are:

Fridges / Freezers - £45

American Style / Commercial Fridge - £85

Gas bottles / tyres - £5 each

Office clearance

Safevans frequently carry out office clearances. Items in good condition are always offered to charities before disposing. Older items are broken into parts and recycled (wherever possible).

It is always best to have someone onsite who knows which items are staying and which are going. If there is no one available we ask for clear instructions to make sure we only take the items you want removing.

We do not take paint (other than empty tins) or building waste.
